Silence 

Dont leave me alone and in silence.
I begged and pleaded
It is when I am alone with my thoughts.
It is the noise that kept my demons at bay, and not where my fears and insecurities lay.
They use sing a sweet painful lullaby .
Mocking me, it strings around my already beaten heart, cutting, tightening.
Give up
Suck it in
Spew it out.
Its maddening!
Make it stop!
It hurt , bruised and bled.
Dont leave me in silence .
Dont leave alone.
